Throughout the DVD you hear me talk about the 50 Millilitre (ml) pots, and how good they are for feeding.

However, we should also explain what this translates to in U.S. Fluid Ounces (Fl oz) as I know we’ll have parents who might need this.

• 50ml is equal to 1.7 Fl oz.
• 100ml is equal to around 3.4 Fl oz.
• 150ml is equal to around 5.0 Fl oz.
• 200ml is equal to around 6.8 Fl oz.
